The Cisco 7970 IP phone sets a new standard is desktop telephony. With a backlite color touchscreen display and eight line appearences, the 7970 is an incredible phone. In this tutorial we discuss:

    When you place a call from a cisco phone to another cisco phone on the same PBX it only displays the extension number and not the Name associated with it. Is there a configuration that allows it to display the name of the extension you are dialing?
